*FOSTER STAFF MEMBERThese guys get mixed reviews. Some really like them because of the rad parties they throw... but some of them are hated because of who they work for. People who do end up being the staff usually don't like the title. (Please note: Foster Staff are NOT STAFF MEMBERS) *LOCALPretty self-explanatory. They make up about half of the whole population of White Boat. Obviously every individual character is going to have different opinions about The Fosters and tourists. *TOURISTThey are the main source of income for this town. Most of the time they are rich and just here for a little bit. Most of them know about the Fosters but don't really care. We've had a few tourists come and settle here for the money. *STUDENTPretty self explanatory. As there is a large high school and a small community college, we do have lots of students. They are obviously all locals. *TEACHERSelf explanatory. Can either teach at the high school or the college.
