* ANNOUNCEMENTS

As the CEO of the Fosters, I'd like to publicize our plans for the participants of White Boat. Listed below are the Living Arrangements, Future Mixers/Parties, the current diet and the current curfew.

CURRENT MIXERS/PARTIES
There currently is a mixer going on in the heart of White Boat. Everyone is invited, yes, even tourists.

FUTURE MIXERS/PARTIES
none planned so far. Message me if you want us to throw a mixer.

CURRENT DIET
*Please note that this is the diet provided by the Fosters. Participants are still allowed to eat the foods at restaurants. (We control them too.)

Breakfast:

one serving of oatmeal
one-half cup strawberries
a tablespoon or two chopped nuts
glass of orange juice

Mid-Morning Snack:

One serving of plain yogurt mixed with one-half cup blueberries and a little honey
Water or diet soda

Lunch:

A sandwich made with two slices of 100% whole grain bread, two or three ounces of lean turkey breast, a little mayonnaise or mustard, a tomato slice and lettuce
One-half to one cup raw baby carrots
One can or bottle of sparkling water

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

One apple and 12 walnuts
Glass of milk

Dinner:

One serving of baked or roasted chicken breast
One small baked potato with salsa or low-fat sour cream
Large portion of steamed asparagus
One small 100% whole-grain roll
Small glass of white wine (optional)

Mid-Evening Snack:

Six whole grain crackers
Two ounces sliced cheese
Piece of fresh fruit

Current Curfew:
All participants must be home by 11pm. You may leave the house as early as 5am.

To conclude, that is our public announcement. We have enabled this thread to be replied by members, so if you have a question, please go ahead and ask.

All locals, students and teachers are participants. If you are a tourist and would like to participate, please reply saying that you do. Foster Staff do not participate.
